The App
Q1. When does the app launch? We're putting the finishing touches on the app now. Join the waitlist above and you'll be the first to know the exact date — before we announce it anywhere else.
Q2. What makes your trivia app unique? No generic quiz questions. Every round is built around the real artists, eras, and moments that shaped Black music culture — made for fans who actually know the music, not casual guessers.
Q3. Is pre-registering free? Yes, completely free. Just drop your email and we'll notify you the moment the app is live.
Q4. Will there be a way to play with friends? Yes! Head-to-head and group play are part of the plan. Join the waitlist and we'll share more as we get closer to launch.
Q5. Is the app free to play? IKYGS runs on a freemium model — free to download and play, with premium features and packs for the fans who want more.
The Podcast
Q6. Where can I listen to the podcast? The podcast and street interviews are coming soon! Join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment episodes go live.
Q7. Will the podcast be on Spotify/Apple Podcasts? Yes, once we launch you'll be able to find IKYGS on all major podcast platforms. We'll share the links here first.
Q8. How often will new episodes drop? We're still finalizing the schedule. Join the waitlist so you don't miss the first episode.
Merch
Q9. How does shipping and delivery work? Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock — this is so you get your full order as fast as possible.
Delivery timeframes vary by location. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
Q10. Can I change my shipping address after ordering? If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away with the correct address and we'll update it for you. If it's already shipped, we may still be able to redirect it depending on the carrier — reach out and we'll do what we can.
Please note: we can't retrieve or redirect orders already delivered to an incorrect address, so double-check your details at checkout.
Q11. What's your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Some items (like final sale pieces) may not be eligible — this will be noted on the product page.

Q12. My order is late or hasn't arrived — what do I do? If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out to us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Q13. I have an issue with my order — who do I contact? Something off with your order? Email us and let us know what's going on — we'll get it sorted as fast as we can.
